The 4 Step Process The Traditional Building Division has developed a 4 step process to ensure customer satisfaction and a smooth construction process. Step 1 – The Consultation The first step is to meet with a Sustainable Construction Services representative. We will discuss the project goals and the best way to meet those goals. The SCS representative will go over different material possibilities and a rough estimate for a construction timeline. Step 2 – The Pre-Construction Meeting The Pre-Construction Meeting is held just prior to the start of construction. Durring this meeting the customer will be given a timeline of construction activities and what to expect during construction. Step 3 – The Post Construction Meeting Once construction has been completed a Sustainable Construction Services representative and the homeowner will walk through the project to ensure satisfaction. We will also show you how to use any new features added to your home and give you maintenance and care tips. Step 4 – The One Month Check-Up The One Month Check-Up gives us an opportunity to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your project. We will answer an questions you may have come up with since completion of your project and go over the details of your remaining warrany period.
